• I – Special Scientific Applications 

  1 El Kasr El iny hospital-(Microbiology – labs).
  2 Virology lab Armed forces central labs (design only )
  3 Bacterial labs ministry of Agriculture.
  A special 100% Fresh air handling units were installed having 3 stages of filtration in order to prevent the germs from intrusion to the place these three stages are:
  A-Pre filters.
  B- Bag filter.
  C- Absolute filter with an efficiency of 99.999 %
  The labs were also provided with exhaust fans in order to keep the lab under negative pressure.
  4- Ministry of Agriculture fungus lab department
  Special simulation hangers were prepared to simulate all the weather conditions (high temperature, high relative humidity, dry weather, or severe cold)
  5- Modern Bakery manufacture (redesign and execution) .
  This operation is divided into five parts :
  A-Ventilation of the production hall
  B- Air conditioning of special areas in order to cool the bakery before package stage
  C- Fermentation rooms in which a high percentage of relative humidity with an adequate temperature for the process of fermentation
  D- Internal cooling circuit for the mixer in order to keep the dough temperature low through the mixing process and installing an automatic control system to operate the refrigeration system with the mixer.
  E- Installation of an energy saving tank where chilled water is stored in an insulated tank for peak load demand .
  6- El Garem hospital ( Maadi.)

  Methods of supplying a high percentage of fresh air were applied to the operating theatre, intensive care units and recovery rooms, also providing special exhaust fans to dispose of the contaminated air.

  A special air washer units were installed to clean and humidify the air then pass the air through the duct network to the production halls also a special duct was installed in order to remove the shreds of paper by a suction process of the shreds then a process of air
  separation by means of special filters finally the separated air is directed to serve in another process

  (14 Labs for pharmacuitical experements ) , Spot ventilation to extract undesired vapors and ordors was applied , fresh are to maintain pressure and enhance the inddor air quality along with central air conditioning .

  A special exhaust system was made to get ride of the small shrids of wood in the air and store it in special waste bags .
